Looking for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class in North Park to ease into your Sunday?
Join us for Soulful Slow Flow, a slow and mindful yoga practice designed to calm your nervous system, release stress, and help you feel more grounded and at home in your body.
This class blends slow-flow yoga, mindful stretching, and functional movement to support long-term strength, mobility, and emotional well-being. We move with intention, breathe with ease, and create space to really feel into the body—without pressure to “perform” or keep up.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to join.
