Join us for Mindful Movement, an all-levels yoga practice designed to help you drop out of your head and into your body. Through mindful movement, grounding postures, and gentle breathwork, this class supports nervous system regulation, inner awareness, and emotional balance.

It’s the perfect way to return to yourself — especially if you’ve been stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in your thoughts.
This practice blends slow, intentional sequencing with stillness and breath, helping you feel more centered, calm, and connected by the end of class.
