Join us for Gentle Yoga, a mindful, all-levels class that blends slow, accessible movement with breath awareness and intentional stillness. This practice moves at a supportive pace, giving you plenty of time to settle into each posture, make adjustments, and connect with your inner experience.

You’ll gently build strength, balance, flexibility, and focus — without rushing, forcing, or pushing. Every shape is supported with options and props, making this class truly accessible for all bodies.
It’s a grounding, nourishing practice that helps you reconnect with yourself and unwind from the stress of daily life.
