# Ready to unwind? Flow & Restore is the perfect way to reset.

Join us for Flow & Restore, a grounding, all-levels class that blends gentle movement, Yin yoga, and restorative stillness to help you release tension and reconnect with your body. This yin–yang fusion practice supports flexibility, deep relaxation, and nervous system regulation — ideal after a long, stressful day.

We begin with a slow, breath-led flow to warm your body and ease tightness. Then you’ll settle into Yin poses held for several minutes to stretch deeply into fascia, open tight areas, and create space. Class ends in restorative rest to soothe your mind and support emotional balance.

Come exactly as you are — no experience needed.
