A 90-Minute Embodied Yoga + Meditation Workshop

Join us for a grounding, supportive 90-minute embodied practice centered around the mantra So Hum—a Sanskrit phrase meaning “I am.”

This workshop offers space to slow down, reconnect with your breath and body, and cultivate a sense of inner steadiness.
Through a balanced blend of accessible vinyasa movement, gentle breathwork, mantra/chant, and meditation, we’ll explore the intention “ground down to rise up.” The pace is steady and invitational, emphasizing presence and embodiment.

This workshop is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and mindful movement in a welcoming, community-centered environment.
