Ich möchte Dich zu unserem nächsten Online Art & Soul Gathering einladen. Dies ist kein Kunst Workshop im klassischen Sinn, sondern eher ein ruhiger Raum zum Ankommen und in sich hinein spüren.

Ein Abend, an dem du zur Ruhe kommen und aus der Stille heraus etwas Eigenes erschaffen kannst.
Wir starten mit einer kurzen, geführten Meditation, um bei uns selbst anzukommen. Danach öffnen wir einen ruhigen Raum, in dem wir gemeinsam kreativ werden - ganz intuitiv, ohne Vorgaben oder Erwartungen.

Dieses Event ist für Anfänger geeignet. Du brauchst absolut keine Vorerfahrung als Künstler oder in der Meditation.
Es gibt Raum zum Teilen, wenn du magst.

Bitte bring mit:
✺ ein Journal oder Notizbuch
✺ kreative Materialien deiner Wahl (optional)
✺ ein Objekt aus deiner Umgebung, das dich erdet — eine Blume, ein Stein, ein Duft, ein Tee

I would like to invite you to our next online Art & Soul Gathering. This is not an art workshop in the traditional sense, but rather a quiet space for you to arrive and feel within yourself. An evening where you can find peace and create something of your own from silence.

We will begin with a short, guided meditation to help you find your inner self. Afterward, we will open a quiet space where we can create together - completely intuitively, without guidelines or expectations.

This event is suitable for beginners.
You absolutely do not need any previous experience as an artist or in meditation. There will be room to share and exchange in the group, if you like.

Please bring:

✺ creative materials of your choice (optional)
✺ an object from your environment that grounds you- a flower, a stone, a scent, a tea
