Every fifth Sunday at Emerald Valley CSL, we gather for something extra special—a spiritual journey designed to awaken the heart and restore the soul.

This month, we invite you to enter the sacred embrace of the Labyrinth and embark on a Sound Bowl Healing Journey. Together, we will begin with grounding music, an affirmative prayer, and gentle guidance into these practices. Then, you may choose your path: walk the labyrinth as the tones of the bowls ripple through your being, or nestle into stillness with a mat, blanket, or cushion and receive the healing waves of sound—or both.
✨ The labyrinth calls you inward, step by step, into the center of your own being.
✨ The sound bath carries you beyond words, into vibration and resonance.
All are welcome. All are cherished. Come walk, rest, receive, and be renewed with your spiritual family.
(A few mats and blankets will be available, but we invite you to bring your own for comfort.)
