Do you keep feeling drained without knowing why? Or find yourself in messy relational patterns?

This introductory class explores energetic self-protection as a necessary skill for personal autonomy and healthy relationships. Designed for intuitive and sensitive people, we explore how to discern what is and isn’t ours, how to stay present with ourselves in relationship, and how to stand in our power.

Taught by Ray, a teacher-intuitive with a decade of experience working at the intersection of intuition, ethics, and embodied awareness, this class offers conceptual frameworks and practices drawn from lived experience, spiritual training, and somatic healing.

Participants will learn ways to recognize energetic boundaries and exchange, ground and self-center, and reclaim their agency. You’ll leave with tools and concepts to use in everyday relationships as well as spiritual spaces.
