Lou combines metaphysical tools such as intuition, energy work, and access to past/parallel lives and ancestors, with kinesiology, psychotherapy (UK), coaching, spirituality and more to help you move past deep stubborn barriers and transform whatever holds you back.
Lou was raised in a cult, and spent their childhood in the US, Zambia, Brazil and India. Much of their educational and adult life was in the UK, and they currently live on the land of the Kalapuya, Warm Spring, Paiute and Wasco tribes, amongst others, on land also known as Oregon.

They work globally, with a variety of ethnicities, sexualities, genders, and abilities.

Lou is accredited by the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accredited by the EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting Academy. They first trained in Core Process Psychotherapy, a Buddhist psychology-based training. They have over 30 years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy, having worked with people in hospitals, doctors’ surgeries, agencies, prisons and private practice. They have also trained and practiced as an addiction counselor.
