Welcome to the Inner Sun Yoga Community!
We offer online yoga classes so you can join us from anywhere in the world. Based in Eugene, Oregon, we also host in-person classes for those nearby.
Our mission is to build an inclusive community that welcomes everyone—regardless of experience level or background. We offer a variety of class styles and levels, always providing modifications to help you safely grow into more challenging movements at your own pace.
