[VIRTUAL] Kirtan with Hawaii Ohana

Join us for a special live-streamed mantra meditation event with our Hawaii kirtan ’ohana (family)

The evening will be hosted by Chay's brother Lokesh who lives in Hawai'i with his wife and new baby when he's not flying back and forth to help lead our band tours in the PNW. Tune in from home for a fun, uplifting and heart-centered kirtan on Tuesday evening (a little later than our usual program so you can wind down your evening with us).

For those new to this practice: Kirtan is a call and response music meditation from the yoga tradition, considered the most potent form of meditation in this day and age. Singing these powerful transcendental sound vibrations together cleanses the heart and the mind of stress and anxiety and brings peace to the soul.
