Atheist Pub Social at Claim-52

UPDATE: The host (Jane) will not be able to attend this event for unavoidable reasons. I sincerely apologize. I am not going to cancel the event so that members can still get together and have a great time. If one of the attendees can volunteer to be a point person for the event, please post in the comments how others can find you at the table…the color of your shirt, a homemade sign, or something else folks can look for. This small favor for the group will help everyone find each other and will be much appreciated.

The main activity of our group is a meetup on the second Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. for food, drink, and conversation. Please join us for some godless discussion on July 14 at Claim-52 Brewing. Enjoy a social evening with people who base their lives on reason and evidence instead of on faith and dogma.

Claim-52 has a large craft beer selection, cocktails, fine wines, and non-alcoholic options. They have a full pub food menu. Please plan to order food and/or drink to support their hospitality to our group.

Since July 14 is expected to be a slow night at Claim-52, the manager suggested that instead of setting aside a table for us, we can just decide when we arrive where we want to sit and pull a few tables together. When I get there, if the weather is nice for sitting outside, I'll grab some tables on the deck if available. If that doesn't work out, look for us inside. Look for our “Atheist” sign on the table.

Claim-52 has a free parking lot at 252 Lawrence St. Please take care to only park in unmarked spaces. Marked spaces are reserved for a different business, and you could be towed if you park in their spaces. You may also park in the lot at 3rd and Lincoln next to Elevation Bouldering Gym.
