EUG Go: Concurrency, and Starter Apps.

This time we'll finish off the overview of Go with a handful of examples of concurrency primitives, and then review a pair of simple apps (an HTTP-based API server and an RPC client/server).

I'll be bringing some beer, and the Go Team has provided a fun gift to take home (please come grab one, I don't know what to do with so many Gophers). Also, we'll briefly discuss some activities in the greater Go community coming up soon.
