2] Streamed site tour on youtube. "Visit" a 25 yo suburban permaculture transformation project - Saturday, Feb 7, 11 AM Pac Time. Meet at Rosetta Park, Benjamin and Evergreen, River Road. Features to produce more food, energy, water, resilience, aesthetics, reduce eco footprint,, on site. I will create another meetup event for the site tour when I have the streaming link.

Both occasions relate to A Primer For Paradigm Shift

The Primer is an educational project with both a new website and a new radio program with podcasts so all the programs will be available.
Radio programs will originate at KEPW, Eugene, Oregon. The programs will be sequential and podcast on the Primer website starting in March.

The Primer - booksite - is open source, positive but realistic. The Primer has unique assessments and suggested actions for a wide range, but closely related; social, economic, environmental, public health even spiritual conditions. Much of the Primer describes real life examples of paradigm shift on the ground in the real world. The site tour is one example. There will be companion zoom presentations TBA, to explain the Primer, interviews and examples of paradigm shift.

A Primer For Paradigm Shift explains how and why moving past capitalism and the consumer culture. Capitalism as we know it is incapable of sustainability and social uplift. The Primer explains. Paradigm shift starts at home, the neighborhood and community. No permission needed.

The Soire' will be a zoom show and tell of the Primer. We will touch on various "chapters" in the Primer. A critique of capitalism and the consumer culture, the wisdom of the world's great spiritual traditions, allies and assets in the community, a short look at other examples of paradigm shift, Be The Change, capitalism invited to truth and reconciliation.

The site tour will be a streamed interview, on location, to see what 25 years of purposeful transformation can do for a 1/4 acre suburban property. Grass to garden, depave driveway, garage to living space, edible landscaping all over, south side patio to passive solar, 6500 gal rain water system, passive solar ADU. Thousands of people have visited over the years. The property is a permaculture landmark in the PNW.
