Rucking is one of the simplest ways to build strength for endurance athletes and endurance for strength athletes. Improve your health and clear your mind. No experience necessary.

This isn't a military club or an endurance competition. It's a place to challenge yourself at your own pace, meet good people, and enjoy the outdoors. We'll encourage each other, have great conversations, and leave each meetup a little healthier than when we arrived.

A little about me: I enjoy trail running, fly fishing, backcountry hunting, strength training, cold exposure, and helping people simplify their approach to health and wellness. I believe consistency beats intensity, community makes us stronger, and everyone benefits from spending more time outside.
