This group is uniquely crafter for those interested to experience high frequency upgrades of physical, emotional and energetic of being. Each class is devoted to the sacred Kundalini Yoga Women's Teachings.
Kundalini is the yoga of awareness. It is the science, art and technology that enables us to access our own creative energy through a series of exercises, breathing and mantras. It allows us to to expand our consciousness beyond ordinary awareness, perception and powers.
This group is for beginners as well as women who have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for years.
