What To Bring For the potluck: Bring a dish to share that is free of meat, dairy and eggs. Include an ingredient card so that people with allergies and special diets can pick appropriate dishes. Finally, please bring your own plate and utensils as a help to the environment.
You can grow cheap, fresh, organic salad fixings in your kitchen. Pam will show different types of sprouting and growing methods she uses to have fresh salads all year around. How about cat grass for your indoor cats? Easy!
Move up from the quart mason jars with screen lids into producing enough greens for salads. Tips on what works best for which seeds-- plus sources both local and online.
