"Fun on the Leash" - Structured Play & Social Skills Building with your dog

Join Painted Leash Dog Training, Boarding & Daycare for a supervised off-leash doggy socialization hour designed to strengthen the bond between you and your dog while learning appropriate play behaviors and skills. Whether you’re looking to improve manners, build confidence, or simply connect with other dog lovers in a fun, educational environment — this event is for you.

Our doggy socialization hours are rooted in positive reinforcement and designed for the everyday family pet. This social hour will be a great way to build confidence in your pet while reducing reactivity and improving recall.

• Socializing with other socialized dogs
• A lesson in polite greetings and proper play manner
• Socialization with other community pet lovers
• Fun doggy exercise and play

• Time: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM

• Ages: Dogs 5 months and older (puppies welcome with basic social skills)

What to Bring:
• Your dog on a flat collar and 4-6 ft leash (no retractables)
• A variety of High-value treats your dog loves
• A mat or towel for place training
• Water and a bowl for your dog
• Proof of current vaccinations

Rules & Safety Guidelines:
• Dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs in group settings.
• If your dog has a history of aggression or reactivity, private training may be recommended first.
• All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
• Handlers must be 18+ or accompanied by an adult.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and allow your dog to acclimate.

To join event call/text Painted Leash at 817-966-7456 with your information, you’ll need to provide:
• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Dog’s name
• Your training goals for your dog

After submitting your info, you’ll receive a email with additional instructions to complete registration for you and your pet. Once you are registered, you will receive your class start date and what to expect for your first session.
