This month’s Women’s Circle is being formed with the intention to briefly introduce how to identify an unconscious agreement, also know as unconscious contracts, that we have made to our family, ancestors, our essential self, and/or higher power, in order to belong, survive, or meet other needs, no matter what the cost to our well-being. And then once identified, to learn how one can release this contract and find a better blessing agreement way to live more fully. This is an essential aspect of family systems constellation facilitation work that can help us both meet our needs, and yet still belong. For Clarity: this is a Women’s only group.

Agenda:
1. Welcome Opening & Setting the Intention for safety and group sharing
2. A brief introduction to unconscious agreements, also known as unconscious contracts and how they may be affecting our lives in an untoward manner, and how we can release them and create healthier ways of being.
3. Experiential opportunities to embrace one’s own unconscious agreement, AKA unconscious contract
4. Share experiences, as desired
5. Answer questions.
6. Group Closing & Take-Aways

What to Bring:

  1. An open mind and heart, your presence, and an openness to explore.
  2. A photo or an object that connects you to your Young Self
  3. A consideration of something you might want to release from your unconscious contract or agreement with your family, self, and/or higher power at this time in order to find a healthier way of being..
  4. Paper and pencil or pen
  5. Bring a candle, if desired

Our Group Guidelines:
As an experienced former Attitudinal Healing group facilitator, Janne is using many of the Attitudinal Healing Group Guidelines to provide a safe, caring, nonjudgmental space for personal sharing, exploration, learning, and personal transformation. As a group, we recognize that love is listening, and we agree to listen with an open heart, to give mutual support and to practice non-judgmental listening and sharing. We are here to heal ourselves. We are not here to give advice or to change anyone’s beliefs or behaviors. Being accepted as we are makes it easier for us to accept others. We share from our own experience. By risking and exposing our own emotional state, we find common experience that allows for joining. We respect ourselves and each other as unique; we recognize that each person’s process is important, not our judgment of it. We support each other's inner guidance and assist one another in finding our own best answers. We practice being present with others, seeing each person as whole; and not defining them by their appearance, mood, behavior or circumstance. We recognize the confidentiality of what we share in group, recognizing this is important for maintaining the group as a place of safety and trust. There is a request that participants respect and abide by these group guidelines.
