Revisiting & Experiencing Family Systemic Constellation Facilitation
Details
This month’s Women’s Circle is being formed with the intention to briefly revisit family systems constellation work and provide a group experience where a seeker is selected, an issue is identified, representatives are chosen, and a constellation process is facilitated within the “Knowing Field.”. All who attend are part of this process, simply by being present and maintaining a respectful space. For Clarity: this is a Women’s only group.
Background Info: Family systemic constellations, founded on the work of German therapist, Bert Hellinger, is a therapeutic phenomenological approach which probes the secret soul or conscience of the family or a system, and is designed to help reveal the hidden dynamics in a family or relationship in order to address any stressors impacting these relationships and help heal them. When we examine our feelings and perceptions in a "knowing field," we can break out of familial patterns that cause suffering. Working through our family constellation helps us to find the cause of our problems and resolve them and leads to the realization that it is never too late for a happy life. For every person there is only one right place in the family, and that is their own place. Once you have found and taken this place, a new perspective opens up, which makes you capable of taking action. Systemic Constellation work deals with a group of relationships that forms an imaginary pattern or outline on the internal and external landscape of a human system, allowing one to deal with aspects of self, current life challenges, and identifying sources of support for our inner healing.

Our Group Guidelines:
As an experienced former Attitudinal Healing group facilitator, Janne is using many of the Attitudinal Healing Group Guidelines to provide a safe, caring, nonjudgmental space for personal sharing, exploration, learning, and personal transformation. As a group, we recognize that love is listening, and we agree to listen with an open heart, to give mutual support and to practice non-judgmental listening and sharing. We are here to heal ourselves. We are not here to give advice or to change anyone’s beliefs or behaviors. Being accepted as we are makes it easier for us to accept others. We share from our own experience. By risking and exposing our own emotional state, we find common experience that allows for joining. We respect ourselves and each other as unique; we recognize that each person’s process is important, not our judgment of it. We support each other's inner guidance and assist one another in finding our own best answers. We practice being present with others, seeing each person as whole; and not defining them by their appearance, mood, behavior or circumstance. We recognize the confidentiality of what we share in group, recognizing this is important for maintaining the group as a place of safety and trust. There is a request that participants respect and abide by these group guidelines.
