STANDARD PROOF WHISKEY Co (51 Rainey Street, Austin, TX 78701) is set in a modern, lounge-like atmosphere - with some area rugs making it feel more "homey".

Enjoy their elevated cocktails, and gastro-pub inspired cuisine. The staff is very good at keeping the music level quiet enough for a good conversation.

Their friendly staff loves he opportunity to showcase Standard Proof's exceptional offerings - even tastings. Though on a busy night those might not be an option.
