## **Is Agile Still Radical Enough?
25 Years After the Agile Manifesto**
Welcome to the Agile Coaching Gym โ a place inspired by the idea of a martial arts dojo.
Just like in a dojo, we meet in a safe, collaborative, and ego-free environment where everyone can practice, experiment, and learn from one another.
Here, Agile Coaches, Leaders, Product Owners, and Team Members leave the ego at the door and step onto the mat together. The goal:
- Practice agile methods and coaching skills through real exercises
- Sharpen tools for real-world challenges in teams and organizations
- Share knowledge and learn from peers in an open, supportive space
Itโs not about showing off.
Itโs about repetition, practice, reflection, and feedback โ just like training in martial arts.

# ๐น This Weekโs Session
## Is Agile Still Radical Enough? โ A 2025 Perspective
The Agile Manifesto was written in 2001 โ a bold shift away from bureaucracy and heavy process.
Now, in 2025, Agile turns 25 years old.
In that time, the world has accelerated dramatically.
Yet Agile in many organizations has slowed down, becoming part of the very administration machinery it once tried to replace.
This week we explore:
- How Agile changed over 25 years
- Why many teams feel โbusy but not improvingโ
- How ceremonies became compliance
- What signs show that Agile needs to renew its radical edge
- Why 2026 may require bolder, simpler, more honest approaches to work
### ๐ง Think Tank Practice
Together, we will co-create a method bag:
- radical approaches
- new coaching moves
- experiments worth trying
- techniques to cut through bureaucracy
- ways to bring agility back to agility
This is a hands-on, collaborative session โ true to the spirit of the dojo.
