Meetup #2: Teaching managers how to swim

Welcome to our second event of the European TeamLead Community!

It's the spot where Teamleads and Techleads get together and talk about their daily leadership challenges: team motivation and development, working with junior specialists, communication with stakeholders, tactical approaches, etc.

There will be no ‘talking to the screen’ presentations - we aim to experiment with different formats from panel discussions to case roulettes.
