What we’re about

Estuary is a form of group conversation where people of different worldviews and religious backgrounds can gather together for meaningful connections and relationships.

It's a place for diverse ideas and perspectives to mix and flow together; a place for people asking the big questions. Our hope is that we will leave each conversation with a broader understanding of the world around us.

We follow what we describe as an "Estuary Protocol." As we introduce ourselves, each participant will have a chance to share what's been on their mind lately; this can be something personal, contextual, intellectual, or an idea they find really interesting.

Saying 'pass' is always an option.

Once everyone has had a chance to share, we will go around the table one more time to see if there are any common themes or connections between the topics, or if there is a general consensus about what we would like to discuss that evening. After we get a sense of what is most interesting to the group, the conversation begins.

The entire meeting lasts +/- 90 minutes.

And that’s an Estuary meeting!
