What we’re about

Even Keel Support are WA Based mutual support mental health groups.
We run both Face to Face (Midland & Yokine) and online Zoom Meetings.

Our volunteers have a lived experience of their own and are caring and compassionate facilitators who provide a safe environment for members to share their stories, ask questions and/or learn something new.

Attendance at all events is free, however, a $20.00 per year donation to your facilitator, helps to defray the costs of insurances & venue hire.

EK's Peer-Led Support Groups and self-help group based services assist individuals to identify and develop new skills, which will assist in building personal resilience to build a satisfying life despite being diagnosed with a Mental Health Condition.

For many people, joining a support group is a major turning point in coming to terms with a Mental Health Condition. It can provide help, information and support in all aspects of Mental Health and emotional well-being. Talking to others who have learned to cope can give participants new hope.
