This group is for people who feel “wired but tired” — holding a lot together on the outside while their mind keeps spinning at night.

Maybe your days are packed, your phone never really goes quiet, and by the time evening comes you’re too drained for another big routine… but you still want some kind of support.

Here, we explore small, realistic ways to find true balance in everyday life:
– a little more calm in your evenings
– a little more steadiness in your energy
– tiny rituals that fit into real schedules, not perfect ones

What this group offers:
– Short “Evening Exhale” sessions focused on stress, the nervous system and gentle practices
– Simple 7-night support journeys delivered as small evening notes you can read in a few minutes
– Plain-language conversations about feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or “always on,” and how to soften that a bit

You’ll always know what you’re signing up for: some gatherings will be live, others will be at-home journeys you follow by email after you RSVP and choose to join. No pressure to share, and you can step in and out as you need.

Evening Exhale is a small, heart-led project created under the name Therapeia Zoi. The focus here is calm, clarity and support — not hype/selling
