Hi everyone —
If you’ve been feeling wired but tired — doing “fine” on the outside while your body stays tense and your mind won’t fully quiet — this is for you.
Because we’ve received so much encouraging feedback from the 7-night Evening Exhale email journey, we’re opening up a live, 1-hour Google Meet circle in the afternoon (PT) — guided by a trusted breathwork & embodiment expert.
Breathwork is a simple practice of using your breathing pattern on purpose to help your nervous system shift out of “on/alert” mode and into a calmer, more grounded state.

### What you’ll get out of this hour

  • feel your body come down (even a little)
  • release built-up stress without needing to “talk it all out”
  • learn a few breathing tools you can use on real nights when your mind is spinning
  • leave with more steadiness — not hype, not intensity

### What we’ll do (1 hour)

  • nervous system grounding
  • guided breathwork (beginner-friendly)
  • gentle embodiment/somatic cues (optional)
  • short reflection + integration

Everything is invitational and trauma-aware. You’re welcome to keep your camera off, participate quietly, pause anytime, or simply listen.
