Maybe your days are full, your mind is busy, and by the time night comes you’re too tired for another big “self-care routine.” Evening Exhale is meant to meet you there — quietly, with a few minutes of calm at a time.
Over 7 nights, you’ll receive:
– Short, plain-language notes about stress and the nervous system
– Tiny, doable “evening exhale” practices (around 5 minutes or less)
– Optional reflections to help you notice what’s actually shifting
There are no overnight promises, no streaks to keep and no pressure to share. You can simply read, try what feels good, and ignore what doesn’t.
