Join us for this summer camp at the Ballard Locks for all ages!
Curious about the natural world? Join RJ, ecology artist and writer, at the Ballard Locks for this 4-day nature journaling camp. Learn to draw botanicals and put on your scientist hat to explore questions about naturally-occurring phenomena such as pollination, weird plants, urban animals, and more. Hone your sketching skills and learn to draw bugs, birds, and trees.
All materials are provided, including a sketchbook you can take home with you (or you can bring your own if you prefer).
This class is all ages! We ask that you purchase an additional ticket for an adult guardian for students under the age of 11. Please email liz@pushpullseattle.com for 50% off your 2nd ticket at checkout!
Class runs from 1 1 am to 2 pm each day, Monday, July 27th through Thursday, July 30th. We will have a break for snacks. Students are responsible for bringing their own lunch and snacks. Your teacher will have a cooler available if you need to store your lunch there.
We offer partial scholarships for this camp. Please email liz@pushpullseattle.com to request a scholarship.
