TEEN Zine Summer Camp

This class is for students 13-18 only.
Create & print your own zines with the guidance of Push/Pull Press's zinester, Maxx FG. Maxx lost track of the number of zines she's published as she's been doing it for over 25 years now! She'll teach you about the history of independent and self-publishing zines and each day you'll work on creating your own zine. You'll also learn about setting up your zine for Riso printing and get to print your work with the watchful eye of Maxx.
All materials are provided and 20 copies of one zine created during the week that is 2 colors. Additional copies or prints of additional zines can be done by Push/Pull Press and arranged with Maxx for a 10% discount on our regular printing charge.
Class goes from 11am- 3 pm each day with a break for lunch, August 4 through 7. Lunch is not provided. You can store food in the refrigerator and use the microwave in our kitchen. There are also many restaurants in the area.
