Another year and same old weight, 2026 is here and it’s time to shed some winter weight. This is a popular annual event that allows you to Challenge yourself to run, jog, or walk, or crawl 3.1 miles (5k) a day for the month of February. The benefits are endless. Join this event so we can motivate each other. This event was a hit the past few years with many members losing weight! Spring is right around the corner so let’s get healthy. Step counting watches are great, smartphones also work with some apps. A 5k is appropriately 6,000 steps. Let’s all shoot for 10,000 steps a day! This is certainly an event you can do anywhere, safely.
