About the Speaker - Raymond Beltran
Raymond is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Skilled in Negotiation, HR Consulting, Coaching, Executive Search, and Recruitment Training.
He has more than 9 years of recruitment experience - both in Philippines and Malaysia BPO industry with 5 years of experience in managerial position. He is certified in Customer Operational Performance Center (COPC) and High Performance Management Techniques.
Raymond is also in charge of his company’s end-to-end recruitment solution design as well as all social media initiatives for both internal & external branding. Currently, he manages hiring for over 25 languages and 23 nationalities based in Malaysia.
