Pathways to Purpose: Exploring the Labyrinth & Ikigai

Join Dr. David and Psychic Rick for this interactive and reflective workshop designed to help participants explore inner wisdom and life purpose using the symbolic power of the labyrinth and the guiding philosophy of Ikigai.

Participants will engage in hands-on exercises including a finger labyrinth meditation and a mini watercolor painting to anchor their insights.

No previous art experience is necessary as the goal is to focus on feeling, not form. It will be fun and enlightening.
