Community Drumming Circle and Meditation

COMMUNITY DRUMMING CIRCLE
Friday, February 20, 5:30-7pm
This will be a meditative drumming journey, facilitated by Master Percussionist Rob Labig and assisted by Pat Jacques and Peggy Buxton. Rob will demonstrate basic drumming techniques and then guide us through an exploration of our annual theme, Walking the Talk, as we experience “speaking” and “listening” with a variety of hand drums and other percussion instruments.
Bring your own drum or use one of Rob's, and let's make some amazing rhythms together.
