October 10th, 2023 - Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu – Transfer to Hotel & Leisure Time

Settle in and relax, then spend the rest of the day exploring the bustling streets, shops, and local markets at your own pace. Enjoy a taste of Nepali culture as you prepare for your upcoming adventure.

October 11th, 2023 - Day 02: Flight to Lukla & Trek to Phakding

  • On October 11th, begin your journey with a scenic flight to Lukla, where you'll marvel at stunning mountain vistas. Upon arrival, trek to the picturesque village of Phakding, experiencing the Everest region's lush landscape and vibrant culture.

October 12th, 2023 - Day 03: Trek to the Bustling Namche Bazaar

  • Embark on an exhilarating trek to Namche Bazaar on October 12th, the heart of the Khumbu region. Along the way, you'll cross suspension bridges, encounter traditional Sherpa villages, and catch your first glimpse of the mighty Everest.

October 13th, 2023 - Day 04: Acclimatization Day – Everest Viewpoint Hike & Namche Bazaar Exploration

  • On October 13th, hike to the Everest viewpoint for a breathtaking panorama of the world's tallest peak and its neighbours. Later, explore the bustling streets, markets, and museums of Namche Bazaar, gaining a deeper understanding of Sherpa culture.

October 14th, 2023 - Day 05: Trek to the Spiritual Tengboche

  • On October 14th, trek to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery. Revel in the serene atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and ancient Buddhist teachings.

October 15th, 2023 - Day 06: Ascend to the Quaint Dingboche Village

  • Continue your ascent to Dingboche on October 15th, a charming village nestled in the Imja Valley. Admire the striking views of Ama Dablam and the surrounding peaks as you acclimate to the higher altitude.

October 16th, 2023 - Day 07: Dingboche Acclimatization – Hike to Nangharsthang

  • Take a day to acclimatize in Dingboche on October 16th, hiking to Nangharsthang for stunning vistas of the surrounding peaks. Enjoy the tranquillity and rest up for the upcoming trekking days.

October 17th, 2023 - Day 08: Trek to the Elevated Lobuche

  • On October 17th, trek to Lobuche, a small settlement at the foot of the Lobuche peaks. Take the dramatic landscape as you prepare for your final push to Everest Base Camp.

October 18th, 2023 - Day 09: Everest Base Camp Excursion – Return to Gorakshep

  • Embark on the unforgettable trek to Everest Base Camp on October 18th, the starting point for many Everest expeditions. Capture incredible photos and celebrate your achievement before returning to Gorakshep for the night.

October 19th, 2023 - Day 10: Hike to Kalapatthar & Descend to Pheriche

  • Rise early on October 19th to hike to Kalapatthar, the best viewpoint for an awe-inspiring sunrise over Everest. Afterwards, descend to Pheriche, reflecting on your incredible journey so far.

October 20th, 2023 - Day 11: Return Flight to Lukla & Kathmandu

  • On October 20th, fly back to Lukla and continue to Kathmandu, where you can relax, explore the city further, or indulge in souvenir shopping.

October 21st, 2023 - Day 12: Rest Day/Contingency Day

  • Enjoy a well-deserved rest day in Kathmandu on October 21st, or use this contingency day in case of unforeseen circumstances during your trek.

October 22nd, 2023 - Day 13: Departure – Farewell, Nepal.

What's included

  • Airport pick-up and drop-off by a private vehicle (4 times)
  • 3 nights hotel accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast on a twin/double sharing basis at a 3-star hotel.
  • Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu flight
  • Pheriche to Lukla flight by a private helicopter
  • Food (11 breakfasts, 10 lunches, and 10 dinners) during the trek - open menu of your choice.
  • Teahouse accommodation (9 nights teahouse accommodation during the trek - 7 nights attached room with toilet and 2 nights non-attached room as no option available in Lobuche and Gorakshep).
  • Experienced English-speaking guide (1 guide = 3 travellers ratio) during the trek, including all their expenses.
  • Porter (1 porter for 2 trekkers) during the trek, including all their expenses.
  • Permits (Sagarmatha national park permit and Pasang Lhamu Municipality fee) during the trekking.
  • Trekking poles - 2 poles per trekker, sleeping bags, down jackets, and duffle bags during the trek - should return afterwards.
  • Trekking route maps and Everest base camp trek t-shirts.
  • Trek completion certificate after the successful treks.
