"Spiritual Potential – A New Year's Spiritual Exercise" (online only this month)
For many, the new year is a time to take a step back and do some personal reflection, not only to see the bigger picture of how things are going in your life, but also to look ahead to the coming year and consider any changes you’d like to make — something you’d like to let go of, a step in growth you’d like to take, or a dream you’d like to manifest.
This month, we will again be doing our annual spiritual exercise to help you envision your life in the coming year. This exercise will involve creating a visual “map” of your present life, your life one year from now, and three “bold” steps you will take to help you get there!
You’ll need paper and pencil (colored pencils are even better!), so please come prepared.
All young adults (18~40) are welcome to join in, so if you know someone you think might benefit from this spiritual exercise, please feel free to invite them.
Look forward to seeing you this Saturday if you’re able to attend.
