Join us for a feel-good morning of Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga with some VERY special guests… adorable, adoptable pups from Everglades Angels Dog Rescue! 🐾✨
We’ll flow through a beginner-friendly yoga session, laugh at a few puppy interruptions (spoiler alert: they love downward dog too!), and close with a dreamy Sound Bath Meditation to recharge your soul. 🎶💆‍♀️

After class, hang out with the pups, sip on a complimentary Cove beverage, and connect with our wellness-loving community. 🌸
