What we’re about

This group was started by Everglades Angels Dog Rescue, which is a 100% volunteer based Non-Profit organization, 501 (c) (3) charity. We seek out the starving, sick, and injured abandoned dogs for rescue. Our focus are the thousands of abandoned dogs roaming the Everglades of South Florida. We are committed to medically treat the rescued dogs, bringing them back to health, restore their faith in humans and find them loving forever homes.  Every dog we rescue is spayed or neutered and micro-chipped.  We are looking for more volunteers to help in a variety of ways, from playing with our current rescues to helping with adoption/fundraising events and more. Join us in our rescue mission and discover many new friends along the way.  ***If you cannot commit as a volunteer, please still join our meetup group to learn about all our great events and outings.  We do something fun every month, so this is a great group to be social, support a great cause and check out different places around Broward County! ***
