A 90-minute dynamic movement class to move with purpose, create space, and explore deep embodiment.

Through intentional, endurance -infused sequences, this practice strips away the performative act and instead pushes her to show up fully - to rise to the challenge, break through resistance, and move with purpose. We start with grounding, then build steadily into heat, strength, and heart-opening expression — creating space to challenge limits, process emotion, and step boldly into the unknown.

Mats and equipment provided. We can't wait to see you and kick off 2026 moving together. The event will be outdoors so layers are recommended.
