Great Range Traverse [NEU8] - 21 miles day hike, 9K elevation gain

We will TRY to keep hike together in modest moving speed ~2 mph (avg up/down depends on the group), but no one has to wait for slower hiker. There are couple water sources on SouthEast side (before LW, near sno-bird), more after Macy. After hike, we will try to catch a good dinner (optional). Reschedule for heavy rain. You are fully responsible for your own safety. You should be PREPARED for sudden weather change (poor visibility, high wind, rainstorm...COLD). You should be FIT and experienced to be on your own, including trail navigation.

START/MEET:

5AM meet at parking at South Meadow Trailhead (44°11'38.3"N 73°57'19.5"W)
Carpool to Roostercomb Trailhead
