Welcome! I hope you’re all well. We’re kicking off a 3-Week Gentle Presence Series focused on simply showing up and observing our experience.
You’re welcome to join or step away at any point—this series loops continuously, so there’s no pressure to catch the beginning or keep up.
This is not therapy; it’s a safe space for gentle, non-judgmental connection and presence. No commitments, no expectations—just space to be.
Week 1 Description: A gentle 30-minute gathering focused on showing up as you are. No pressure to share—listening is welcome. This is a safe space to connect, breathe, and take a small step toward community.
Week 1: Showing Up as You Are
Focus: Normalizing anxiety and gently breaking the ice.
Goal: Create a sense of safety and belonging.
Structure:
• Welcome & breath (2–3 min)
• Gentle share: “I’m here today because I’m ready to take a small step toward ______.” (e.g., peace, connection, awareness) — Answering in the chat or simply observing is welcome.
• Short reflection from the host
• Wrap-up with encouragement and a preview of next week’s theme
