🌱 The Gentle Presence Series Week 2: Easing Out of Thought
Details
Welcome! I hope you’re all well. We’re kicking off a 3-Week Gentle Presence Series focused on simply showing up and observing our experience.
You’re welcome to join or step away at any point—this series loops continuously, so there’s no pressure to catch the beginning or keep up.
This is not therapy; it’s a safe space for gentle, non-judgmental connection and presence. No commitments, no expectations—just space to be.
Week 2: Easing Out of Thought
Focus: Learning to relax into presence and small conversation.
Goal: Practice low-stakes connection through short shares or mindful listening.
Structure:
- Quick grounding exercise (e.g., “Notice 3 things around you.”)
- Prompt: “The thought or feeling that most often tries to stop me from connecting is ______.”
- Gentle discussion or short guided visualization
- Wrap-up reflection on progress — even showing up again is a win
Week 2 Description: This week we’ll explore Easing Out of Thought — how to feel more relaxed and authentic when relating to others. No performance, no expectations — just presence and gentle practice.
