You’re welcome to join or step away at any point—this series loops continuously, so there’s no pressure to catch the beginning or keep up.
This is not therapy; it’s a safe space for gentle, non-judgmental connection and presence. No commitments, no expectations—just space to be.
Week 3: Cultivating connection
Focus: Encouragement and small real-world takeaways.

Goal: Celebrate progress, however small, and explore next steps.

Structure:
• Gratitude check-in: “What’s one small thing you’re proud of lately?”
• Discussion: “What’s one gentle step you’d like to take before our next gathering?”
• Close with appreciation and invitation for ideas for the next series or ongoing rhythm
