About us
Health isn’t only something we address when something goes wrong.
The Everyday Health Collective brings people together to explore the things that shape how well we actually live — our routines, relationships, food, movement, rest, culture, environment and sense of connection.
We create practical, facilitated workshops, conversations and community experiences that sit between traditional healthcare and the generic wellness world.
Founded by Senior Occupational Therapist Satinder Kaur, with a passion for prevention and bringing health beyond the clinic, the Collective brings together health professionals, community voices and lived experience to create events shaped around different communities — including women, neurodivergent people, diaspora communities, culture and faith.
Expect interesting conversations, useful tools, shared experiences and opportunities to connect, both in person and online.
