What we're about

This is a group that seeks to study and practice mindfulness in everyday life. Is it possible to have peace and freedom from fear and anxiety in our work and relationships? Is it possible to wash dishes and eat with joy and contentment? Yes and Yes! We have had practice groups in eating meditation and mindful parenting, insight dialogue, and currently an interest is forming on racial identities and belonging.
