Or maybe you have been meditating for years and just want to be part of a likeminded group or take your skills to another level? Then this five week course is for you. Over the five weeks I will teach you some simple tips, that can be used everyday, anytime and will help you relax and live more mindfully, as well as grow into a strong meditator. You will finish the course with a meditation plan that suits your lifestyle.
