Join me for some time to meditate, to reflect and to discuss. We will start with a 20 to 30 minute meditation, a discussion and if we have time a second meditation to end the evening. This event's topic for discussion is mindfulness and the relationship to our thoughts. Can we get rid of thoughts? Should we get rid of them? What are the purpose of our thoughts? What do they want to teach us? How do we manage them when they run rampant during a meditation session? Or anything else people may raise. Looking forward to seeing you there.
