Proms '23: August Open Rehearsal!

August 29th: Proms Open Rehearsal

Our August rehearsal of Proms ’23 will take place on Tuesday, August 29th at the Adventshaus! From May to November 2023, the Basel Proms Chorus meets monthly in preparation for our two Advent concerts at the end of November, as well as the two weekend choral workshops with ever-popular UK choral director, "inspiration on a podium", David Lawrence. Our open rehearsals are optional and everyone is welcome. Led by chorus master Scott Agnew and accompanied by Tiffany Butt, it’s a chance for chorus members to meet each other and practice the music in a relaxed, social setting. We will have extra copies of the music on hand for those who have not registered for Proms '23. Note: to cover room and instrument rental, these rehearsals have a supplementary fee of 10CHF per rehearsal (free for members of the Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Basel).
