The Cryptocurrency Club at the University of Minnesota will discuss the basics of mining and other consensus algorithms. Then, we will walk you through mining on any computer! Bring your computers and chargers to this meeting to make some cash!
We will be in Bruininks Hall 114 from 5pm-6pm. Public transit is available at the nearby East Bank Metro Green Line station. Street parking is limited, but there is more parking at the nearby Weisman Art Museum.
• What to bring
Computers and chargers. Laptops, desktops, mining rigs, etc. Bring it all!
• Important to know
This is a student group, but all outside members are invited to participate.
