Forecast Coffee on Main Street is having an evening pop-up called Wine School Wine Bar

The popular daytime coffee house is transforming its space into a night time ritual in collaboration with This Is Wine School and Autostrada Osteria.

Sommeliers will be behind the bar pouring a curated, premium selection of unique wines. To complement the wine tastings, Italian eatery Autostrada has designed a dedicated menu of accompanying small bites.

FREE Entrance - They don’t take reservations

The Caribbean Days Festival is one of British Columbia's largest and longest-running cultural celebrations, hosted annually by the Trinidad and Tobago Cultural Society of BC. The family-friendly festival features a lively carnival parade, authentic island cuisine, a craft market, a beer garden, and live music (Soca, Reggae, and Latin)

Festival starts at 10am and we arrive 2:45pm

Key Events
- The Parade: Kicks off on Saturday at 11:00 AM with vibrant costumes, flags, and dancing throughout the park.
  ***Main Stage: **Showcases world-class entertainment, including steelpan drums, limbo, and global headliners.
Getting There:
By Skytrain, simply take the Millennium Line to its terminus at Lafarge Lake-Douglas Station, and from there it’s just a few steps to the Park. There is also parking available for those arriving by car but it can be very busy and difficult.

Deckchair Cinema - "Speed Racer" - North Vancouver 45+ Movie Goers

You are invited to enjoy classic films under the stars on Cates Deck in front of The Gallery.

Now in its fifth year, Deckchair Cinema treats audiences to a summer of al fresco film screenings.

Hosted for 10 Thursdays beginning June 25, the screenings commence at sunset, and will be complemented by music and entertainment leading up to curtain time.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and make themselves comfortable by bringing their own blankets or low chairs.

This summer it’s game on as we screen the greatest sports films ever made.

Admission to Deckchair Cinema is by a suggested optional donation of $10-20, courtesy of BMO Financial Group, and includes popcorn as well as access to the Gallery’s summer exhibitions.
